AuthenTic Lebanon is an independent reseller of 100% original, brand-name products sourced from certified European overstock, liquidation, and end-of-line distributors. 2. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices include VAT where applicable under Lebanese law.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time due to stock or supplier changes.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
Cash on Delivery (COD) within Lebanon
WhishMoney
Credit/Debit Card (processed securely via third-party gateways) — Coming soon
Local transfer/payment services (e.g., OMT, BOB) — when available
All payments are processed securely. We do not store any card or banking details on our servers.
4. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders are subject to stock availability.
If a product is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund or suggest a replacement.
5. Product Authenticity
All items sold on Authenlic Lebanon are 100% authentic, sourced directly from trusted and verified European partners.
6. Delivery Service
We deliver across Lebanon via trusted courier services such as Wakilni.
Estimated delivery time is 3–4 working days.
Shipping fees apply unless specified as a free shipping promotion.
Delays due to courier services are beyond our control, but we will support customers in resolving issues.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be inspected in front of the delivery person, and proof (photos) must be sent via email.

Promotional codes or sales are valid for the advertised time period only.
