If the product arrives damaged, please report it immediately to the delivery person (Wakilni or other courier), and contact us the same day.
We’ll assist with a return or replacement depending on the situation.
Each pair of shoes includes:
- An original box from the manufacturer
- A style code (model number) and barcode printed on the box
- A matching tag inside the shoe with size, country of origin, and style number
You can search the style code online (e.g., on Google, StockX, GOAT) to confirm it matches the model and color.

As an independent overstock platform, we do not provide the official brand warranty. However, if a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will gladly handle a return or exchange through our delivery partners.
