At AuthenTic Lebanon, we are committed to providing reliable delivery and fair return terms for all our customers. Please read the details below before placing your order.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Lebanon only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Details

  • Delivery Fee:
    We offer FREE delivery on all orders – no hidden charges!

  • Courier Partner:
    We work with trusted partners like Wakilni to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

  • Delivery Time:
    Your order will arrive in approximately 3–4 working days after confirmation.

  • Processing Time:
    Orders placed before 02:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders after this time are handled on the next working day.

  • Return Costs:
    Return delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS or email update.

  • Tracking is provided when available via the courier.

  • Ensure your phone number and address are accurate when ordering.

Eligible Returns:

We accept returns in the following cases:
  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong size.
  • You simply don’t like the item.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Please inspect your package in front of the delivery person and report any damage immediately.

  • Return delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer in all cases.

  • We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking when sending items back.

  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be issued within 7 business days.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method or store credit.

  • In case of cash on delivery orders, store credit or direct coordination will be used for refunds.

  • If the exact item is not available, you may be offered a refund or alternative.

8. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Requests made after 24 hours from delivery.

  • Damage caused after delivery or due to misuse.
